Arilds Vingård's white wine - Solaris - is made from Solaris grapes. This is our flagship wine. Produced from our vines planted and grown in our vineyard in Kullaberg. The
fruit per vine ratio is perfectly balanced to produce high quality wines. Vinification: Destemming, followed by cold stainless steel fermentation from the free-run and lightly pressed juice. Grown on clay soil in Southern Sweden, on the Kullaberg peninsula.

Kullabergs Vingård white wine - Immelen , crafted from our finest grapes harvested at peak ripeness in October, undergoes small batch fermentations—half on steel and half on new oak barrels. Meticulously blended for complexity, the young wine rests for eight months on its fine lees, with weekly batonnage, achieving full harmony. Grown on Clay and Sand soil in Southern Sweden on the Kullaberg peninsula. Three bottles.

Lottenlund white wine - Lotima Selense - is made from Solaris. Nuanced, very fresh taste with barrel character, hints of green apples, butter, gooseberries, galia melon, citrus and vanilla. Served at 10-12 ° C with tasty fish dishes or light meat dishes. The grapes were hand-harvested in early October 2020. After stalking, crushing and pressing sedimented the juice 1 day before fermentation started. After fermentation The Solaris grape was stored in used French oak barrels for 18 months, of which sur lie 6 months.
